Please note the following terms & conditions apply to all media and/or filming projects at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center (“CVEATC”):
1. Admittance to the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center is arranged and granted through Elite Athlete Services (“EAS”)/CVEATC staff.
2. Access to the CVEATC and all interview requests must be set up at least 48 hours in advance. Interviews with athletes, coaches and National Governing Body (“NGB”) officials must be pre-arranged with the NGB’s Communication Department and/or CVEATC staff. Unscheduled interviews are not permitted. The CVEATC will only approve specific requests for individuals or general shots of the CVEATC.
3. Accredited media shall be subject to the direction of the CVEATC and NGB officials. Accredited media are allowed entry into all pre-approved CVEATC sports facilities during normal business hours with escort from CVEATC staff or a representative of the relevant NGB representative.

6. If granted access, credentials are non-transferrable and may be revoked at any time without cause.
Further, if you are collecting content for commercial, promotional or documentary purposes and/or the production will impact CVEATC operations, you may be subject to additional fees, terms and conditions.
